Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 28 days from date of purchase. Please note, a 20% restocking fee will apply and the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs and insurance. Products must be returned as new in original packaging. 

Once the product is installed, Spring Hill Designs cannot offer returns or exchanges. Any concerns please contact us before installation.
